Will I get to meet my dog walker before the walks start?
Yes. We always set up a meet and greet consultation to introduce you to your dog walker and to review your detailed client profile before the dog walks start.
How many dog walks are required per week?
Awesome Paws clients are required to commit to a minimum of 2 days of scheuled dog walking per week for solo walks and 3 day minimum for group play.
Will I have the same walker each day?
You will have a dedicated dog walker and that person is your go-to person. Of course, we get sick and go on vacation like everyone else, so sometimes we have to send a substitute. When this happens, we will let you know in advance.
Where do you walk my dogs?
We walk each client’s dog(s) in your own neighborhood and GPS map tracking is provided at the end of each walk.
What is your cancellation policy for scheduled daily dog walking services?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for scheduled daily dog walking services. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice from the earlier part of your arrival timeframe, there will be no cancelation fee. Walks canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $10.00 cancelation fee. Cancellations for Mondays will need to be received before our office closes for the weekend on Fridays at 6 p.m.
Is there an extra charge for more dogs?
There is no extra charge for up to 2 dogs for solo walks per household. There is a $5 charge for a 3rd dog.
Can I have a preferred walk/visit time?
How and when do I pay you?
All walks are paid on a weekly basis, and will be invoiced and charged at the end of the week on Friday. We accept credit cards/debit card, and Venmo.
Do you have a Referral Program?
When do I give a key to my dog walker?
We will provide a free lockbox to our clients or a client can opt to make a copy of the key for the walker to keep on hand.
