Will I get to meet my dog walker before the walks start?
Yes. We always set up a meet and greet consultation to introduce you to your dog walker and to review your detailed client profile before the dog walks start.
Will I have the same walker each day?
You will have a dedicated dog walker and that person is your go-to person. Of course, we get sick and go on vacation like everyone else, so sometimes we have to send a substitute. When this happens, we will let you know in advance.
When do I give a key to my dog walker?
We will provide a free lockbox to our clients. This way you can place it an accessible area on your property while having full control of your key.
Where do you walk my dogs?
We walk each client’s dog(s) in your own neighborhood or at the local dog park for group play packs.
What is your cancellation policy for scheduled daily dog walking services?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for scheduled daily dog walking services. If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice from the earlier part of your arrival timeframe, there will be no cancelation fee. Walks canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $10.00 cancelation fee. Cancellations for Mondays will need to be received before our office closes for the weekend on Fridays at 6 p.m.
Is there an extra charge for more dogs?
There is no extra charge for up to 2 dogs for solo walks. There is a $5 charge for a 3rd dog.

How and when do I pay you?
All walks are paid on a weekly basis, and will be invoiced on Friday and charged every Sunday. We accept credit cards/debit card, Cash and Venmo.
